"I received my cargo cross rails in a timely manner, however, when unpacking discovered all four of the end caps were cracked or broken. I called and left mesage with customer service. I was pleasnatly surprised when the customer service rep returned my call and informed me the end caps were being shipped. Thanks for the no hassel / worries. I will use and reccomend you CO. in the furure.

"Cargo Gear was great to work with. They had timely email acknowledgements and tracking information. I however should have paid closer attention to the product reviews. The rack barely fits the 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander. Both bolts "A" and "B" should be several cm longer. The square nut for bolt "B" has to be adjusted so low, it is in jeopardy of not having enough threads left. It was very hard to get the clamp to catch. It is on and certainly secure now. It does however 'whistle' at 45 mph to about 65 mph as was stated in several reviews. I do not have any up there yet, so I will be interested to see how it acts once the storage pod in on top.
