" Loyal customer of Carthart bought many products prior, happy with them all. Was gifted (I think from Kohl’s) a two pack of winter socks. Socks have a very rigid band at the top that cuts off circulation. The band does not stretch at all. The sock should be redesigned. I am a diabetic and they are not safe for me to wear. "
"We bought coveralls for our son for Christmas. They run small and needed to get a size larger. Carhart does not pay shipping if you need an exchange. Customer service said they didn't have the next size up so her supervisor took care of it and we're still waiting. We paid $45 to return it. We should've just returned it and reordered it. Not happy with the wait and their exchange policy at all."

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size coat for my husband, it's a Christmas gift. All I need to do is an even exchange and I can't thru online purchases. The closest store in Missouri to me is 3 1/2 hours away. I now have to return the coat wait for a refund and reorder the coat instead of an easy exchange. I send in the coat they send the size back out I need. I think I will just return the coat all together and order the coat thru another retailer. You could have saved the sale instead you left a sour taste and a lasting impression. I understand I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size but Carhartt made the mistake of not offering customer service to someone who has worked sales for 20 years. High expectations and let down greatly. "
"Every experience I’ve had with Carhartt has been nothing but beyond the best. They recently began a program to repair hardware (i.e. zippers). I brought in a vest with a busted zipper and they gave me the option of sending it in to get it fixed OR simply replacing the vest right there since they had it in stock! Every time I’ve gone in, the employees are genuinely friendly people who love to do their best. Thank you, Carhartt for always going above and beyond expectations!"
