"My very first introduction to Carrhartt work gear was a brown, signature ball cap with a metel buckle on the adjustment strap given to me when I was just a kid by my father who passed away a year ago today. Infact I have it on right now as I write, and I just turned 45 in December and it is almost broke in now. Through out my life I have had outside work in every type of weather imaginable and with out mentioning any names I have pretty much tried them all but none has lasted longer, out worked or kept me warm on a cold day as Carrhartt has. And now many years later as well as my trusty hat my dad gave to me I have many shirts from flannel to a t-shirt for every day of the week, from 3 coats to bibs. From a relaxed Sunday with the grand kids to to the worst day I ever had on the job site Carrhart out-fits them all. Even my 6 year old grandson owns his own Carrhartt brown work coat just like me.
