"I placed a large order on Monday and they waited until after customer service orders on Friday to tell me that I needed to call to verify my order, but they are only open during office hours Mon-Fri. This was the second time it happened and the time prior I didn't have to answer any security questions, so I am not sure why the process. Not sure why it's not an automated process anyway.
Emails are super annoying. 2x a day, a sale going on all the time, and every single sale gets "Extended" after they send you a billion "time is running out!" emails. Yet they don't market on their facebook feed so you have to get the emails or nothing at all.
Product is not sent protected... no poly bags, no crinkle paper, just bottles thrown in a box. In the case of my order that means some boxes arrived crushed. I ordered a few sets and they just shipped the loose product and threw a couple of bags on top.
They still have a way to go on improving customer experience. "
