"I ordered online. I ordered a mixture of general products and three custom banners of the same design. I still have not received the products and 1 1/2 weeks later am told that it may yet be 2 more weeks. Even though I contacted Carrot Top on the Monday after making my order online in order to start the design process. It wasn't until Wednesday that it was started. I feel that clearer time expectations should be outlined on the website. I am now going to have these banners up over a week after I had wanted them (if I am lucky). I will probably go local to do my banner and signing business in the future, unless when I get these products they are exceptional quality and I have great lead time on future projects. When I have done business on banners previously I have had custom design proofs within a day or two and products ready within a couple days after that. In other words, ready to ship in less than a week. My expectations were the same from Carrot-Top.
