"I ordered a total of 7 cartages for my 2 printers (HP and EPSON). I Ran them all on the printers and one was not accepted on the HP. I called customer service and talked to an agent without much delay. After explaining the problem a replacement was sent out and a prepaid return label was provided for the cartage that did not wok. The agent was courteous and efficient. "
"I loved the hoopla about how wonderful Carrot Ink was (their words). But when the ink cartridges I received did not work in my computer, I called them, then emailed them. This sort of thing occasionally happens when not using original cartridges, and ink companies always make this right. However, I wrote quite a few emails over many months ... eventually becoming a "cause" for me, and demanding either my money back of new cartridges. No answer ever came. Their "customer service" must be one automatic email back, and then that's it. I suspect they figure it's easier to just let complaints ride and go with a large customer base, than to hire employees to make problems right. I will never use Carrot Ink again, feel gypped, and urge you to watch out for them too. This could happen to you very easily."
"I ordered combo packs (2 black and 1 color) of Replacement Inkjet Cartridges, Premium Quality, for my HP Inkjet printer. Premium Quality??? What a joke. I've tried all of the black cartridges and none of them work properly (ink is faded or non-existent on at least half of a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. I learned my lesson and won't ever order from Carrot Ink again. A more appropriate name for them is Maybe Ink."
"September 2016 - I ordered a 10 pack of Canon Ink. Unbelievably, not only was the ink expired, they tried to cover it up by printing a new label with 12/31/18 expiration dates. What a joke! Do yourself a favor and find another vendor. "

"Ordered one compatable HP 56 black, and two Epson compatable T020 color cartriges One color cartridge was defective. Called customer support, and their rep. was very friendly and helpful. Sent a replacement promptly.
A little dissapointed with the return policy, as you can only return two items from an order, so if you buy in bulk, you may get stuck with defective cartridges.
UPDATE:
Had the color cartridge in the printer for awhile and (without using it), and now it looks terrible. Switched out that one for the replacement they sent, but I don't know how long it will work. They need to work on their quality control. Also, the Epson printer ink utility reads the new cartridge as only 1/4 full. Sheesh!
I'll stick with buying the name brand off-the-shelf, since I didn't save any money buying this stuff. "
"Ordered a Carrot Bunch (2 black and 2 color Carrot Ink brand compatible cartridges) for an Epson C42UX printer. The ordered arrived promptly and I installed a black cartridge shortly after arrival, which worked fine. However, the color cartridge I tried later left blue horizontal lines on everything it printed (even black only documents) and the next black cartridge only registered half full on the ink monitor. By the time I discovered the problems with the cartridges, the 30 day warranty had expired, although the boxes the cartridges come in states “Complete Satisfaction or Your Money Back”. With this short a warranty period there's no incentive for buying in quantity. Also, I should mention that I needed to clean the print head much more often with the Carrot Ink cartridges than with the OEM Epson cartridges to prevent gaps and faint areas in the printed output. "

"The last three cartridges I have received from Carrot Ink have not worked. They are the color cartridges for my HP Deskjet. I finally went to Wal-Mart and for almost the same price got an HP color cartridge that worked.
It is not worth the hassle save 4 or 5 bucks. "
