"The company pulled advertising on a particular show due to pressure from an alt-left hate group. A group that spews hate people like me. They made an excuse for pulling the ads, but I'm not buying it. I have to assume that Cars.com does not wish to do any kind of business with people like me."
"Agree with the above reviewer. I posted my ad and immediately got bombarded with texts and calls from people selling ME car-selling services. In a month I got ZERO interested buyers on my car. (Craigslist did far better and was free.) After just a few days when I realized the problem, I contacted customer support and was ignore. You will completely waste your money. This is nothing but a front for your information to be scraped (or maybe sold?) to third parties. Run away."
"This company is a scam. I purchased ad space with a "guarantee". For the first month I received numerous scammer telephone calls. But never received the first interested individual. I priced my car well below the market value and it is a high selling model. After 121 days of running the ad I called to ask about the "money back guarantee". She obnoxious representative informed me that I missed the 14 day period after the second consecutive listing and did not qualify. I was never informed of this period or when my ad expired. What a horrible practice. Stay away from this company at all costs."
