"I placed an order with this company on 12/10 and paid a lot extra for 2 day shipping. The item supposedly shipped on 12/11. It is now 1/6/2008 and I still haven't received shipment. I have sent three inquiries to "customer service" via their online contact form but have not heard back from them. I think this company is a scam. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM."

"I am going through the same ordeal. They charged my credit card immediately upon order placement. It's been 12 days since I placed my order. I received a confirmation email stating the order had shipped on the day I placed the order. Still nothing. I have tried MANY MANY times to contact this company via both phone and email. Not one response from them. They have the worst customer service you can imagine. It's non-existent.
I know of others who are going through the same experience with this site. Multiple people were posting product reviews on their site, stating all the problems they were having with customer service. All such reviews have since been deleted by the site admin and product reviews now must be screened by cartdiscounts before they are posted. They don't want word to get out that this site is just out to steal your money. The website is a total scam! Steer waaayyy clear!!!!!
