"Carvox are very slow to answer emails,have no direct contact numberf, and do not have replacement parts for remote start systems online particularly 3300 series and 2600C models. Many of the alarm systems do not have model numbers on the parts so you dont know how to get a replacement part. Look on ebay, almost every remote start purchace requires a replacement control module. Stay away from Carvox product until customer service improves ....01-15-2013"
