The two main benefits it has over other places are contacting many dealers at once and not having to give your phone number to them unless you want to actually buy the car. You can also easily compare the offers dealers make and submit counter offers. I was able to buy the car I wanted within 2-3 days for a great price.

Their customer service is also great. I had a problem with paying for my service and they credited me the cost of the transaction for free, which was very appreciated."

I do also agree with another reviewer that it seems that comprehensive and competent dealer participation is still a work in progress, which makes the site less valuable when you're looking at a less common make/model. You may also have to have the customer service team help out your dealers with regard to what to do in using the application.

The new dealer rating feature is also only sparsely populated right now. This is reasonable for being so new.
