"I ordered this case and one from amazon for the note 10 plus....the picture looks different on the gorilla cases site so I figured I'd get both cases one from them and one from amazon. When I received both cases, guess what? They are both the same! Only difference is gorilla charges more then double the price for theirs! Dirtballs"
"I would never recommend this company to anyone...EVER. Their product is sub par at best. It is not at all as advertised. Very poorly made, and cheap. Having said all that, it didn't even arrive on time. It was a week late. Very dissatisfied. Will never purchase another product from case gorilla in the future. "
"So. My mom had ordered my phone case beginning of June! June 6th to be exact. We were told it would be at our house in about a week. Then, end of June is approaching and NO PHONE CASE. My mom contacted them and told them. They replied saying it would come beginning of July or end of June. So I waited. Now, it is July 13th. ALMOST THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. We are very mad. Honestly, I might as well tell my mom to buy a plain case from Amazon if this doesn't get here. >:(

"Well, My mom ordered my case on Saturday the 15, it is now Sunday the 23. I am reading the reviews and it looks like I will never get my phone case. Spent a good $15 bucks I could have used for something else. I learned my lesson, reviews first. Very disappointed! This company should probably be sued, so many people not getting their cases or their money back.
Edit: ordered on the 15th, shipped on the 25th, received on the 28th. Case is good, but I would not order again. "
"I purchased a phone case and a another accessory from them last Monday. The reason I order was cause their page says 2-5 business days. I ordered it cause it was a birthday gift for my son on the following Wednesday and I thought perfect, he will have it in time. Needless to say I STILL not have received my items or no answer from “Kate” from CaseGorilla to when it will be shipped. I think it’s very sad and they outta think about shutting down this place, or letting someone who’s knows what their doing take over. "
"Ordered my case on May 30th. I still haven’t received it. I contacted April 22nd(Gave them more than enough time to let them contact me to let me know what had been going on on however never heard anything from them) to ask why I had not received my order. All they said was there was a delay and that it would be shipped in the next 7-10 days. After mentioning that when I purchased it said I would receive in 2-5 days (I have ordered 4 other cases in the past and the latest I received once was like half a month) Kate responded that she will pass on to management. Management never contacted me. I contacted once again informing them I hadn’t heard anything yet. She responded like she was frustrated because I was inquiring about merchandise I paid for. "

"I ordered a phone case and never received any confirmation as to shipment until I reached out to them. Still have not received the item (over a week), tried contacting them thru e-mail as there is not phone number to contact them as to status and a question on whether or not they could make a specific phone case. NO ANSWER!!!!

"They have the worst customer service ever, emailed them 3 times and no response. They sent a phone cover with the wrong colors for my favorite football team. What a waste of money and time! Should of read reviews, lesson learned."
"Just got my cell phone case today 12/21/18 for my galaxy s7 , fit perfectly no problems at all , good look ,tight fit , all holes where they should be and all buttons work just fine . :>)
Shipping time was a bit long but worth the wait .Would buy from them again ."

"They sent the wrong case and are impossible to contact. The only phone number listed "is not set up to accept incoming calls" and they do not respond at all to email. After over two weeks of no response to my multiple emails, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Additionally, I am sure that they are printing their cases without permission of the any of the license holders.
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HIDE. My actual rating is ZERO stars."
