"The image on my case looks like it was blown up from a 100x100 thumbnail. The tiniest lines are completely pixelated. I even printed the same image that I just grabbed from Google that is on my phone case, the same size, on my printer at home and the image is MUCH crisper and cleaner than what CaseGorilla delivered. When I inquired about returning the item due to poor quality they were unapologetic and simply told me to pay for return shipping myself (unprofessional when an item is delivered not as described). Even going back to their website and comparing the image on their page versus what I received there is a huge difference. Sad that I didn't read reviews prior to purchase. Live and learn. "

"1. Don't expect to be able to return your item if you don't like it. There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you want to contact them to get a return address & return authorization, forget it---they will NEVER respond to you. 2. The images of the phone cases can be misleading. Mine looked like the design wrapped around the sides, but it doesn't. 3. The cases are hard, snap-on type cases, FYI. There are basically no descriptions of what the cases are made of on the site, and it does not show over views, only the back. I don't like this type of case, so I wanted to return, but as I said, they will ignore you."
