"This is the 2nd order in short time, while I normally do business with a different company, but because they didn t have it (and I didn t want to pay shipping fee s twice), I placed the orders at Caseking.

When I placed the orders, on both occassions, all products were shown as in stock (I made screenshots of this). I also paid straight away with Paypal (= high / extra charge) for fast delivery. Since the products were shown as in stock I asked politely to ship the products the same day, because I need(ed) them before the weekend.

However as soon as I placed the order, several items were shown out of stock. This means clearly that items are not in stock as shown. Why advertise something as in stock, while it s clearly not in stock...? That s really bad and it s called lying to customers.

Also support does not at all respond to emails. They simply ignore you.

With the previous order I thought it was just bad luck (products shown that they are in stock, while they are clearly not), however this is happening all over again with the second order. It seems to be normal for Caseking to show products are in stock, while they are not (at all).

My adivce; only order at Caseking when you do not have any other options, otherwise stay clear from Caseking.
