"CaseTown.com (also known as MyPCcase.com) sells computer cases and parts for several popular cases. I ordered a front panel and a left side panel for my InWin Q500 case. Since "left side panel" depends upon the manufacturer's determination of which side is the left side, I placed my order by telephone to ensure that I would receive the correct part. Dee, CaseTown's sales rep, was courteous and efficient. My package was shipped in a timely manner and I received it in 4 days. The packaging was adequate to protect the contents. Overall, my first experience with this reseller was very good. I got the parts I wanted at a reasonable price, although the shipping charge was a bit high ($15 UPS-Ground from NJ to VA). I would have no reservations about shopping with this reseller again."
