"I ordered a mini-ITX barebones system that was shipped the following day. The unit arrived with the CD-ROM unpluged, motherboard not tightend down, and cd-ROM was hitting the CPU heat sink preventing it from touching the cpu completely. The unit did not power-up. I recieved an RMA quickly, and returned the unit to them 2nd day air. After they have had the return for two days, it looks as though it will take 7 days before they process a replacement.
I have already spent $70 on shipping, and it has been 10 days, and I still do not have a working unit. "

"These people are the best! I ordered a barebones PC - a fabulous value. It shipped the same day and arrived the next (they are local). The video capability wasn't what I needed, so they took it back, upgraded the motherboard for a reasonable charge, turned it around in one day, and sent it back. No hassle, always get a person on the phone. They don't have all the technical info on the motherboard - but neither does the U.S. office of the manufacturer, or the web site for that matter - so Case Outlet can hardly be blamed. They get a 10 for value and service."
"I placed my order for a Yeong Yang Cube Server Case late on the night of Tuesday the 25th of Nov. ( this site had the best price for this case ) I got an order confirmation the next day, Wednesday the 26th. Thursday was Thanksgiving and many companies were closed the whole weekend, so I was not surprised to see it ship out on Friday. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and it did. Considering that it was Thanksgiving, I think they did a great job with the shipping. The site overall is good and I would order from them again, but I probably won't be ordering a case again soon. I was originally worried about the mere 6.5 or so rating, but my transaction worked well so I will recommend them"

"I ordered two Eagle-4201 (4U rackmount, black, 9-bays, W/O P/S) cases from them on 4/16/02 (Wednesday) and received them 4/23/02 (Monday). They were extremely well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. The cases were of a an extremely high quality, which was unexpected given how little I paid for them. Next time I need a case, I'll definitely go to them first!"
