"I ordered a custom case but when I tried to upload the pick it kept showing up sideways and half of the picture cut out so I emailed customer service since there’s no phone number the representative said he fixed it and it was on the way a month later I finally received it and it’s the sideways picture with my loved ones cut out and customer service refuses to do anything they said that’s what I ordered and gave me a coupon for a future order that I will NEVER use"
