Awful customer service. Crooked company

"I ordered a cover case for my iPhone 14 pro. They sent a used opened package without any tracking or purchase information. Also the package had a missing part which they claim its the original producer’s problem.long story short,after contacting their customer service they offered me to return it on my own expense !!! I had a very unpleasant experience with them."

Slow shipping

"Ordered a phone case and paid extra (50% of the case cost) for 3 day shipping, then the company waited 3 days to ship the product, I don't understand why they would offer expedited shipping and have customers pay more, then sit on the product for days before shipping."

DO NOT order from this company

"I ordered 2 phone cases for myself and my wife on Tuesday and paid $30 extra for fedex 2 day shipping since we both got new phones and did not want to go without a case. The order did not even ship until that Thursday and will not arrive until next Tuesday thats a full week and cost $30 its not right!"

Beware! Horrible company!

"I never received the case I ordered. I emailed them 3 times. 10 days later I get an email back after I wrote a scathing review on Trust Pilot. They refused to give me a refund saying it's "being investigated". I'm charging back."

TRASH COMPANY DONT WASTE YOU MONEY

"Three days later the case was still not shipped. I emailed customer service and no accommodations were offered. I was able to get the $23 back that I paid for overnight. Here I am almost 2 weeks later still no phone case for for my S20!!! For the money I paid this is unacceptable.

Cases.com clearly does NOT value their customers. They will never get another dime from me.

"I bought one case from them. In 2008.

Still get emails to this day despite "opting-out" every time I am sent an email. Overpriced, poor selection, no respect for my privacy and unable to understand opt in email marketing. How are these guys still in business?

I’d give a ZERO if I could

"After months of fighting this horrible company, I NEVER received my item nor did I receive my money back through PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM this company. It is a COMPLETE SCAM and will only rip you off. I hope they don't get any business after this because it's honestly pathetic. Ordered my son a phone case for his birthday, only to learn months later I'm never gonna receive it nor get my money back after his birthday already passed. **** poor customer service and company overall."

The BEST customer service anywhere!

"I ordered a fabulous case 5 years ago from this company. I got a new iPhone so recently ordered a new case. When it arrived, it was not what I expected, I wanted to exchange it. I received a personal call from the owner, Slava, and he spent about 20 minutes with me trying to find a case that would make me happy. He ended up special ordering a case that was much more to my liking. You NEVER get this kind of service from an online retailer. Additionally, all the staff are nice and very professional and that is even when you have a complaint. They sell many different kinds of cases, so truly, there is no reason do business with anyone else! And btw, I am very picky, if they can make me happy, they can make just about anyone reasonable happy! "

Crooked Business

"I ordered a phone case from cases.com. I paid a large amount of money to have it shipped in two days, so I would have protection for my phone before I returned to work on Monday. Four days later I received an email that it would be shipped the following day. I asked for a refund on the expensive shipping costs, and they refused. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very crooked!"

Product sent to Alaska which is nowhere near Evansville Indiana

"I ordered a case for my phone which was to be shipped to Evansville Indiana, they supposedly sent it or Anchorage Alaska. I was told it was an error on the post office and I should be patient. I am not a patient man. I am reporting Cases.com to the Indiana Attorney General's office for internet scams.

I am out 60 bucks and did not receive a case.

I would NEVER order anything from this company.

Slow Shipping

"I placed my order on Wednesday, May 9 at 8 am in the morning. My order wasn't processed and picked up for delivery by the carrier until Monday, May 14 at 5-ish. Estimated delivery date Thursday, May 17 by 8 pm. 8 days as compared to Amazon & Newegg at 2-3 days. I report back later about the quality of the product when delivered."

"Ordered a Kate spade case, realized I ordered the wrong one. Sent it back and reordered it, they sent me the wrong case, took2 Days and sending pictures to prove they sent me the wrong case, they finally agreed to send me the correct one with a prepaid label to return the wrong one. Recd right phone but no label, cust svs manager tells me to look again, I say it's not there and she actually scolds me "we have told you repeatedly it was in the package and it was" now we will send you one more but tell us as soon as you nail it so we can track it....really? Like I'm really the problem? This started because of your incompetence, not mine!"

"The case I ordered arrived damaged and was a discontinued color. The top part of the laptop case was fine but the bottom shell had cracked tabs. Since the color was no longer available, they went out of their way to make it right by sending me a black bottom shell and did not cause me to incur any further costs for shipping or to return the broken part. Customer service and RMA personnel were polite and responded promptly to my emails within 1 business day). Happy with the result and will order again from them with confidence that any problems will be resolved fairly. "

"I recently purchased a Piel Frama iPad Air case over Christmas for my Dad. I had gotten him the black crocodile case. Though the item was on pre-order,and showed it may not come in until January, it did happen to come in before Christmas. Cases.com upgraded my shipping for free so my dad had something to open and a case that he loved. Very high quality.

I then ordered a case for myself in January. I ordered one of the pink crocodile cases for the Air. I accidentally ordered the wrong model, so I had to contact them. They got back with me very quickly and were very friendly and helpful with an exchange, and then even extended a discount on the new case that wasn't running at the time I purchased the first case. Again great quality.

Their staff is very helpful and friendly and they seem to offer higher quality product than other sites I have purchased from. I will shop there again.
