"We sent our games in over 4 weeks ago, received verification of their arrival and still haven't been paid for them. I've attempted to contact the company via email three times, their Facebook page and through the only number I could locate for them. Oddly enough, the number was posted on the Better Business Bureau due to all of the complaints against them. Not supposing though, the number wasn't answered. I would think long and hard before sending them anything due to the numerous complaints against them due to nonpayment. "
"I've sold games and consoles to them various times over the last two years. They've sent me free packaging, I sent in my stuff, I waited about a week for the entire process and then payment shows up in my PayPal account. I haven't done the payment via mailed check method so I can't vouch for that but I'd assume it's just as good as PayPal. They usually have the highest buy-back prices out there and the whole process is pretty hassle free. I spent hours comparing other sites and I could get the most money through them. I would recommend them over GameStop any day. Just my humble opinion but I like this company. If you ever talk to them on the phone they are regular gamers and nice people too."
