"I have a Casio wave ceptor that needed a new band. I looked around on the net and found a couple I could order from. I chose casiosalesandservice.com because of the positive reviews as well as the fact that they have a toll free number you can call if you have an issue. I'm not too fond of placing orders with companies you cannot reach by phone. My order was place on a Friday night via the website and I receive the band on the following Thursday. I checked my credit card and I was billed for the appropriate amount. No problems at all. Hope this helps some one else."
