"On 11/26, I ordered a sheet set (promised by 12/31) and duvet cover (available to ship immediately). My credit card was charged at the time of purchase.

On 12/3, I was notified that the duvet cover, which was described as in stock at the time of purchase, was ultimately not in stock. I requested to switch to another color and customer service did not reply over email. Nothing shipped, even though it was promised that all other items were in stock and would ship within the week.

On 12/23, I received another email that my sheet set was no longer available and that I needed to choose another color. I replied to the email asking for my order to be canceled, again with no reply.

As it has now been a month from my original order and Casper still has my money, I filed a dispute with my credit card. A reputable company would have resolved this long ago. "

"Wish I had read the review below before I made my purchase but sadly, I bought my mattress over a year ago (2017). Reposted it here so that others can read it along with my review. -- I didn't want to keep the mattress after 30 days of sleeping on it but my wife seemed to enjoy it and she said let's give it a few more days... I relented and eventually, we kept it passed the trial period. Now, we both hate it! Spent $1150 for a mattress that didn't last a year. Worst buy ever... read the reviews on Amazon and other sites that sell them - horrible experiences... I think you are better off going the traditional in-store purchase route when it comes to mattresses. Posting this everywhere I can because I was up at 3:30 am because my mattress ****! Now I spend most nights on the couch, just can't stand this mattress!!! Uncomfortable, hurts my back and smells...

KEEP AWAY FROM CASPER!!!
I am sad and disappointed in the Casper mattress. I recently purchased a king size for our condo about 6 weeks ago. I even paid the extra ($150) for the "white glove" delivery and removal of my old mattress. I had purchased a queen for our home a few years ago. I loved that mattress (still do) but this is not the same by any stretch. It is much much thinner, soft and "squishy". Casper has grown leaps and bounds in the past few years and the quality has certainly suffered for it. My deep pocket fitted sheet hangs off the corners and is difficult to tuck in tightly. The same brand of sheets (Thomas Lee) fit my queen at home perfectly. I paid $1,300-1,400 for the mid-range mattress. What a waste of money!!! They sell their lower grade mattress at Target and I can't imagine what that one is like-ugh. My old mattress wasn't that old but I wanted the quality and comfort of the mattress I have at home but now it has been removed. Their "top of the line" mattress is over 2K. Are you kidding me??? That's much too costly to even upgrade in hopes to get the mattress I want. I should have gone to a local mattress store where they offer a good less expensive mattress, free delivery, and removal. Lesson learned!
