"Very frustrated with this company. The reason they didn't get 1 star was because they were fairly friendly and answered my phone calls and emails in a fairly timely manner.

The reason they did get such a low rating however was because of my overall experience and having way too many issues with one order. To start, I called to place my order so that I could make sure what I thought I was ordering (and what I needed) was indeed what I would be getting, and that it was in-stock since I was on a timeline for it. I was assured that it was. What arrived however was NOT what was 1, advertised, 2, assured over the phone, or 3, what I wanted or needed. They obviously are not familiar with all of their products.

The second issue was that I waited for weeks for my order to arrive. After it did not, I had to call back and was told that my item was on back order (this is after being told that it was in stock) and that it would take another few weeks for it to arrive. So, I had to wait another three weeks before it got to me (and then it was not the item I needed).

THEN, I had to ship the item back and pay for the return shipping myself. They said that they would credit the amount back to my card, but only credited back the original amount minus shipping cost. I received an email that the shipping cost would be sent to me by check because they couldn't put that amount on my card. This entire process has taken about 2 months and I still have not been reimbursed for my shipping costs for something that was originally their fault. And on top of all of that, even though I stated the importance of the timeframe to them, I have now missed my deadline and have no item to show for it.

During this entire process I also had to ask for an invoice or receipt three times before I actually got one. It was never emailed to me the first time after ordering as promised and didn't come in my order.

Sadly, I would not recommend or order from this company again. Too big of a hassle for nothing."
