"My experience with Caswell has been absolutely awful! I was more than happy to find almost all of the items I needed on there website, and ordered about $50 worth of products. Two days after completing my order I received a call from a Caswell employee. More than 1/2 of my order was out of stock. I said that it was fine, but please cancel my transaction.

Three days later, they still had my money. I emailed customer support. No reply. Three days after that, they STILL have my money! They are refusing to contact me, answer my questions, or refund my money to my account.

Beware when buying from www.caswellplating.com/. There customer service is terrible!"
