I wish I had saved my paperwork, because I would love to tell the makers of the product--a bra-washing plastic piece of junk that I paid about $8 apiece (I bought two). I need the directions each time I want to use the product--it's that hard to open! Plus, it is not easy to open up the 'bra-cleaner' and place the bra in it's proper place--it doesn't fit!"
