"We ordered several items on 11/15/18. They charged us for the food on 11/16/18. Today is 12/24/18–still no food, nor any indication of when it might even arrive! The shipment tracking numbers they sent us over 24 hours ago are still invalid. Food was supposed to ship on 12/17. Plenty of time to arrive before our Christmas Eve party today. We had to revise the menu and buy more food. They WILL be refunding our money!!"

"We ordered the Crab & Corn Chowder in December 2017 and were so disappointed in the taste and quality of this chowder. The ingredients were sparse and lacking any flavor whatsoever. I would advise anyone that's ever had a good crab chowder to NOT order this. It was awful."
