"The short answer of this review is DON'T BUY FROM CCL! Despite some of the good reviews there are more than enough to tell you not to do it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NO AFTER SALES CARE WHATSOEVER.

I bought a pc from CCLonline with a 3 year warranty supplied via MENDIT computer repair company.

My computer has never run correctly, overheating, noisy, constantly crashing but it worked for the most part so I put up with it. Two years into having it the tower started smoking and had burnt out.

I contacted MENDIT since my warranty was still valid. I sent it off no problems it arrived with MENDIT and they said it needed a new power source and a CPU. MENDIT apparently only get their components from CCL so I had to wait for the parts to come in.
This was in November 2017 and I am still waiting now!

They offered to repair my computer with a lesser CPU than I originally had which I refused. The idea of paying extra for an extended warranty is peace of mind that should a problem occur, a like for like replacement will be arranged. This has not been the case.

Please spend your hard earned money in PC world where you can go back to the store and have proper after sales care.
