"Paid for 1 year of CEU and the year is not up yet and I went in to take a class and my membership info is missing. The only way I can take the classes is to pay again.Also they are not approved providers for NJ and NY LCSW. Gee, I wonder why. Do not use!"
"Found an unauthorized charge to my checking account by CE4Less, for a year of courses that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR AND DID NOT ASK FOR. Contacting Customer Support 3 times by email and one time by phone has just been an exercise in futility. I've received 3 different ticket numbers along with a promise to be contacted by a rep, but beyond these automated responses, I've heard nothing. After my experience and reading the reviews by others, I've come to believe they have no Customer Support at all. It looks and smells like fraud to me. My bank is investigating. Next stop is a fraud complaint with the FTC. Avoid these people to whatever extent you can. "
" I was billed, and paid, for a year of "unlimited" access to CE4Less on 6/21/2023. Now when I attempt to take a course, they want me to pay again to renew in order to enroll in the course. Payment for services NOT rendered is also known as a swindle. I am aware that they were making "upgrades" to their website. I suppose it didn't have a sufficient amount of "bugs," so they had to import some? Now I can't access an accurate record of past courses completed, nor can I obtain the correct dates of certificates earned. Now I can't even enroll in courses for which I have already paid. I worked many years as a programmer analyst and data scientist for the State Of CA as while I was also a clinician on mission critical systems development. The fact that months have elapsed while such bugs persist indicates sloppy programming and error tracking/resolution processes. The fact that livelihoods and licenses are at risk due to this shoddy work is inexcusable. Usually a system that deals with such critical information is fault tested to the degree that it is "iron clad" with fail over systems that include data redundancy and prior state restoration fail safe procedures locked in should it encounter major issues at launch. Clearly their method of site construction is of the "just let it all hang out" school of software development. Wish I could rate it MINUS 5 stars for super unbelievably horrible. "
"When opening/downloading Certificate it is not showing number of CE's hours earned, which make it hard for BBS to know you completed correct number of CE's for renewal. Customer service is slow and not helpful. I have a new ticket in for this review, fingers crossed they fix as I would like to submit my renewal with no problems."
"So on Memorial day weekend I purchased their special offer of unlimited one year membership. Two weeks later as I was preparing to take the quiz on a course I completed I was blocked with a message that the website was being upgraded and may not be available for 48 hours. My account migration did not process properly and all my history of courses/certificates of last week disappeared. The account will not let me take courses without paying again! I have contacted them daily as I have a looming deadline. They sent me a form letter saying they were trying to provide better service. It's now been 5 days with no attempt to rectify my situation. The courses I took were informative and the process easy enough prior to the "upgrade.""
"This is the second negative review I have written across the board. I have used Ce4less.com for many years. Until this year my experience was positive. For the last week, the site has not worked properly. They have a contact number, but the message says that they only accept tickets. I have created countless tickets this week. They do respond a day later, but they have yet to resolve my issues. I will not use this website going forward. Save your time and money. My issues probably could have been resolved in less than 15 minutes. "

"Do NOT pay for this service without requesting a receipt. I pay with my debit card on 3/14/15 for my unlimited CEU units. I have the bank transaction number and proof from my bank they took my money out on 3/16. Less a month later they are saying they never received my payment and I cannot work on my ceu's. Here is the problem, they do not have a customer service line, you cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone, you can only email them and you have to wait for them to respond to you. When they do I was told to send a copy of my receipt. No phone number, no fax number was given. How am I suppose to get them a receipt they never provided anyway? I will never deal with them again. There are many many other CEU options available where you can actually speak to a human being on the phone if there is a problem. Warning!"
