"We are in the middle of a basement remodel. We were searching for ceiling tiles that were different and came across Ceilume Ceiling Tiles on the internet. The Orb style caught our eye. We initially contacted Ceilume by phone and requested a sample of the Orb ceiling tiles. We received the sample and really liked the design. We then purchased 160 tiles and have started installing them. They are so easy to simply drop in. Trimming the tiles around the border of the space is easy with a pair of scissors. We love the pattern that the Orb design provides. We have already gotten positive comments from those who have seen what we have put in so far. We still have some electrical work to finish before we install the remaining tiles. We did cut a hole in the center of one tile to test installing round led recessed lighting and it looks great. We will recommend these tiles to friends that are considering remodeling their drop in ceiling. "

"These tiles are well-worth the money. We bought the Stratford tiles in Merlot when finishing our basement. We chose Ceilume because of the claims regarding ease of installation, and water/mold proofing. We chose these tiles because we wanted a cozy, classic feel in the room. These tiles delivered on all accounts.
They look amazing. We are in love with the color, as well as everyone who sees them. The design adds texture to what is otherwise a bland part of a room. The tiles went up quickly and without problem. They are very flexible, enabling them to install in a 3" drop-in grid with a many various pipes and equipment already in the small space above. Though they bend, they always return back to straight without any blemish. Cutting the tiles to fit around exposed pipes was simple, requiring just household scissors.
The tiles wipe clean with just a damp cloth. I hope I never have to test their water/mold proofing, but I am confident they will live up to expectations.
What has impressed me most about these tiles is the company making/selling them. They happily send three samples free of all charges before you place your order. My phone calls where answered on the first ring by a human operator and my emails were responded to within hours. The tiles were made to order in California. The tiles were shipped using minimal amount of packing. Our 110 tile order arrived in 4 boxes that were no more than a few inches thick. My petite wife was able to carry them without trouble.
I will not hesitate ordering Ceilume tiles if I ever have the need to remodel a room."

"Everything arrived a week after it had shipped. My only slight complain is that things came separately 3 different days. Not a huge deal as I was waiting to start my project on the weekend but it was a little inconvenient making sure I was home to receive the packages.

"They arrived a day early, which was a surprise. When unpacking the boxes, I was taken back on how thin they were, but they met the spec requirementst. They seemed to be durable except for the part that they may sag? Which I don't think should happen as long as there no weight put on them. In addition the room has to be well ventilation because of the fume emissions that come of them. This info wasn't disclose on the website, so I guess we have to add that to growing list of things to purchase in addition to the tiles. All and all the give the room an open feeling! I hope this helps anyone who is interested in ordering them?"
