"Please do NOT purchase anything from this company! It is the absolute worst shopping experience I've ever had. Like the reviewer before me, they charged my card and THEN told me that the item was on back order. My repeated (phone/e-mail) requests for a refund were ignored. (No one EVER answers the phone). I finally had to file a claim with my bank. Only after multiple threats of legal action did I get a receipt of refund. There's no excuse for this type of poor customer service. "

"Run away! This store is a scam. They have charged my credit card even though I have not received the purchased item. First they lied that the item is sent, but had not provided me with a tracking number. After my e-mail (because nobody answered the phone) they said it was on backorder. Why did they charge me then?
They have not provided an actual mail address, just a P.O. Box and do not have a customer service at all!
