"I ordered from this site because the jacket I wanted was in stock and they guaranteed delivery by Halloween. I ordered on October 10. They immediately charged my PayPal account the full amount. Despite my sending several emails, I heard nothing from them until October 24 when they said my jacket was ready to ship. October 25 I got a DHL tracking number. It turned out that my jacket was clearing customs in Karachi - Pakistan. It went to the UAE, Germany, and then to Cincinnati. I got it Friday evening the 28th. I opened the package to find the wrong jacket. I contacted Celebrities Outfits right away and heard nothing back. Saturday afternoon I got a phone call from someone in Michigan who said he had my jacket, and I had his. He said Celebrities Outfits said that we should overnight the jackets to each other. I agreed. I went to the airport FedEx office and paid $68.29 dollars to ship the jacket to the other customer. The other guy did not. So for Halloween, my son had no costume, I have no jacket, and I am out $227.29.
Update: I went to PayPal for a refund. They fought it by providing their delivery tracking. I appealed by showing my return shipment tracking. I got my purchase price back from PayPal, but I am still out the return shipping cost."
