"I made a purchase for a coffee urn on Nov 7, 2003 upon receiving the shipment I received a coffee percolator instead. I attempted to phone the company but was unable to reach a live person before the phone disconnected. I then emailed the company and a reply was sent to me that the correct item would be shipped along with a return label for the incorrect item that was sent to me. On Nov. 21st, 2003 I once again received another coffee percolator. I then emailed the company on Nov 24, 2003 requesting that the correct item and a return label for the 2nd percolator be shipped to me. On Nov. 28th, 2003 I emailed the company once more as a sale reprentative left a voice message on my home answering machine stating that she would email me a reply on Nov. 26th, 2003 which I never received. I attempted to phone the company once more on Dec. 5th, 2003 but was once again unsuccessful in reaching a live person. I emailed the company 3 times in an attempt to resolve this issue. On Dec. 8, 2003 I finally received an email that the item was out of stock and was told that UPS would be picking up the other 2 incorrect items on Dec 9th, 2003 and I would not receive a credit on my account until said items were received by them.
