"On 2 separate occasions I have ordered 2 separate dresses which were advertised on facebook and Instagram as next day delivery. Neither of the dresses arrived. They don't reply to texts or answer the phone, none of the email addresses work and the Instagram and Facebook account don't know what they're talking about. Definitely would advise against buying from them! I am still waiting for a straight answer about a refund! "

"Where do I start. I purchased 3 dresses in which 2 of them I returned.
I had not heard from them after having notification from royal mail of them receiving. So I contacted Becky's boutique to whom was denying of receiving the dresses. I was on the phone to them for over an hour trying to resolve. Eventually they admitted they had received them, but told me there was not delivery note inside parcel which was in there!!! And no record of my order!!They told me there will be another delay in receiving payment as they will have to go through the return process and the payment will be received within 28 days. Guess what nothing received. Just makes me mad. I'm having to go through my bank to get money back. Please please do not order from this scam company. I am taking this forward !!! "
"I ordered a dress for my 20th birthday. It has been almost a month and I have not received my dress. I have emailed and text numerous times and have not heard anything back. I have requested a refund but to date, I have still had no reply or a refund. Avoid buying from these as they’re quite clearly scamming people. Unprofessional!!!!! I have had to go to my bank to retrieve a refund and I have also reported them to trading standards for further investigation, the sooner this business stops selling the better "
"These people are SCAMMERS! Please do not purchase anything from here as you will receive the bog standard generic email that firstly your item has been delayed and to choose something else . Then when you select another item, expect to wait a good 2-3 weeks before hearing anything at which point you’ll then be palmed off again saying it’s been dispatched. The items will never arrive, or at the very least they’ll arrive and will be of very poor quality. Check companies house - their registered address is a dog grooming parlour in Bristol, the company is set to be dissolved for the 2nd time - previously before named Beckys Dresses. The owner previously named Rebecca Farr, now Damian Farr (her partner), still operates under her facebook name Beckys Dresses, a now dissolved company. The majority of her workers are based overseas - these are the people sending out the texts and responding to consumer complaints.
Please do yourself a favour and give these a££holes a wide birth! "

Get same answer each time I ask, she even had the nerve to call me rude as I called her a liar. Reported to my bank for money back as don’t think she Will ever give me a refund "
