"Do not order from this company!! Customer service is absolutely terrible!!! I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was awful, the material was cheap and see through, it was unwearable..I posted it back (at my expense) and have tried since to correspond with someone but to no avail. I emailed privately, messaged on Facebook but nothing. So this morning I publicly posted in their Facebook page and someone else replied saying the same but then I was promptly blocked!!! "One word to describe beckys boutique- AWFUL!!! I ordered a dress and paid for it and was told to expect it to be delivered in 7-10 working days. Four weeks on and still no dress! After several telephone calls and emails etc the dress finally arrived in a bashed box. I took the dress out of the package to discover it was the wrong size. I contacted the store via their Facebook page and was told to return the dress to them. No apology or explanation as to why it had taken so long or been sent in the wrong size. So now I have decided to ask for a refund as I want no further dealings with the company. Furthermore, the dress was very cheaply made and did not resemble what I had seen on the website. Therefore, my opinion of Beckys Boutique is cheap clothes and terrible service. I will not be using this website again and hope others think twice before ordering from them.
