"I ordered a phone and requested for overnight shipment. When I called two days later for a status I requested to cancel the order and was told the order had shipped already. The shipping company and tracking information was not correct. I then called the following day and was told the order was indeed cancelled and they were waiting for the package to be turned around. However, four days later a package arrived with a post mark date after the date we cancelled. All the information given by the customer service rep over the course of the three days were all lies. "I ordered an UNLOCKED Nokia phone from cell2get.com. It cost $93.83, with $16.45 for UPS-Three Day Select, which I chose instead of regular shipping for a bit faster delivery. The total was $110.28. Of course, it came via USPS at the regular speed. This was the first danger sign. THEN I checked ResellerRatings. The phone came, but it was LOCKED. I decided to send it back and got permission to do so. The refund was $68.22, for a restocking fee of 27%. It should have been 15% if the item was sent back with nothing missing, as I believe it was. I think a complete refund including shipping both ways would have been fair for an item that was not as advertised. I think that this might be "Melvin's" business model; he can operate out of his apartment, and make a profit by this sort of cheating: he sends whatever happens to be lying around, the customer sends it back, and the restocking fee is what helps pay the rent.
