"Since it was a few bucks cheaper, I went with cell2get.com when ordering my phone. Despite ordering expedited service, the phone took over 3 weeks to arrive, was the wrong color, and did not work. When I returned it, I was changed a 25% re-stocking fee, irking me that they made $50 on the sale of a broken, wrong color phone. Very disappointing; I recommend that you go elsewhere."

"Do not trust these guys. I ordered htc thunderbolt and paid for 2nd day air shipping via ups. Phone was shipped by USPS, came 10 days later from China. It looked nothing like new, more of refurbished phone in ziplock bags. No factory packaging of any sort. I paid for extended battery but was sent regular battery. They would not cancel when I wanted to. Had to get another phone elsewhere before his one arrived. They charged 15% restocking fee. Guess that is why they refused to cancel ny order so they can charge restocking fee. Absolutely nothing to restock as it came in old torn box as zip lock baggies. They hae at least 77 complaints with the BBB within 3 years, including as recent as July. The guy I had to speak with was very rude and insultive. No customer service training at all. I am atill in dispute with them and have added one more complain to the BBB.

Cell2Get claims “All phones are brand new”. The phone I received from Cell2Get had no original factory packaging. The phone was in a zip-lock bag. The back of the phone was loose in the box. The battery was scratched. There was no instruction book or warranty card. The charger did look new.
When I called Cell2Get he told me that it was a new phone. When I told him it looked like a refurbished phone, he told me it was a new one…an overstock.
I bought from this company because I thought I was going to get a new phone. I could have gotten this phone in this condition elsewhere on the web for a lot less money.
Refund? He changed his mind so many times as to what he would or wouldn’t give me that I didn’t trust him to send me a full refund. At least I have a phone. After 2 weeks, though, the phone is already going bad. The hinge is starting to go bad and one of the numbers is bad.
