I proceeded to order these unlocked cell phones, specifically 2 unlocked t-mobile cell phones. I received the phones in brand new condition and met my requirements. I highly recommend www.cell2get.com for their professionalism as a cellular phone supplier, and am confident anyone who purchases from them is choosing a good company to work with."

"I wish I never ordered from Cell2Get, the order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, the "unlocked" phone they sent was locked, the box was opened, the original factory charger was missing, instead there was a cheap china made charger, no cables, manuals or anything that came with the phone. Later I also discovered that I got one of the "defective" or badly made phones, but unfortunately not bad enough for coverage under warranty.

Don't believe the good reviews you see, it is just their employees writing good ones to fool potential customers!"

"Cell2Get has supplied us with over 300 unlocked phones over the past 6 months at reasonable cost and reasonable quality. You can choose what quality you want: brand new, used A stock, used B stock, etc.

They are generally responsive and will promptly send unlock codes when/if some units are found to be locked. They will also replace any merchandise that isn't up to standard, although I wish we wouldn't have to pay to ship the damaged merchandise back.

All in all, they provide a great service - they have stock in large quantities that's hard to find elsewhere and we've been purchasing from them for a while now."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Awful service. I have now been waiting for more than 3 weeks for my phone to arrive. I have contacted CellToGet via phone and email several times, mostly without getting a response. The few times I have actually gotten a representative on the phone, they have been rude and lied to me about the status of my order. Forinstance, they tried to convince me that they could not provide me with a tracking number even though they alleged that the order had been shipped. This is obviously not true, and the truth probably is that the order has not been shipped. Also, they claim to be using UPS for shipping, but the representative told me they are in fact using USPS. Either this is a scam or the people at CellToGet are just horrobly unprofessional. In either case: do not buy from this site."

"Scam site! Don't waste your time; any good reviews were likely written by the store staff. I received two different phones that were locked or otherwise defective. I think that they somehow get their hands on defective merchandise and then send those units to us. Where do they make their money? They charge restocking fees when you inevitably have to return your phone. I can understand if I decide I don't want a product, but it's not my fault if the phone doesn't work. After the second broken phone arrived, their "customer service" guy (they only have one, I think) actually suggested I "make this easy" and just refuse delivery. He knows they're going to charge the restocking fee so yeah, it is making it easy. Not only are they charging the fee, I had to pay to ship the phone back on two different occasions. Be warned, be patient and look somewhere else."
