"I ordered a "brand new phone" a G'zone from this website,with 3day ups shipping and what I got almost 2wks later was a used G'zone in the wrong box with no owners manual and over an hour of talk time, phone had several scuffs and scratches,this was supposed to be a christmas present which is why I wanted new,tried to call the business but they were rude and told us to call back well Mirwin wouldn't answer the phone so we emailed him telling him we didn't want a used phone and will be sending it back,the phone was 209.99 and all we got back was 149.99 the rest he claims is retocking fee,so if this doesn't work in resolving his ways and the chargeback doesn't work,then I already filed a complaint with the BBB,and federal trade commission,and I might since it is false advertisment take him to small claims court for the difference and then sue him for the false advertisment,then I'm gonna report him to the FBI since phone crossed state lines and was sold over the internet it will fall under there internet crimes dept.I don't care if it cost me over 1000.00 to get my 73.00 back I will get it back.
I already talked to my lawyer and he says we have a 99% chance at winning a case against him."

"AWFUL! Ordered 12/20. Site says brand new. I called 12/30. They claimed it shipped on 12/27 which is a WEEK later. I called again on 1/7 because it still hadn't arrived and asked for a tracking number which they wouldn't provide via e-mail. Man said it would arrive on 1/11, which is TWO WEEKS after it had supposedly shipped. I received it 1/14 finally, and it is NOT NEW. The housing is scuffed and the screen is cracked! I ordered LG VX3300 from CellToGet to replace a simple, old phone that is no longer available. There were plenty of refurbished versions offered elsewhere for less money. Paid $90 to CellToGet for a new phone.

Received phone in timely manner. It was used. It was also filthy dirty with sticky yuck on it and badly scratched. Not even refurbished. Arrived with off-brand charger that was larger than original.

I can't even return it because CellToGet has a horribly restrictive return policy of 2 weeks from date of ORDER (not arrival). I waited too long because of holiday busyness and missed my whopping 7 day return window.

I would never order from them again."

"I am not happy with the service I have recieved to date. I will update this review if my issue is resolved. I ordered Treo 680 on 9/2/09 for my huband's birthday. I called cell2get.com on 9/8/09 when I noticed that my order was still pending. I got a call back that day assuring me that my order had shipped. I then monitored the order on their website. For the next couple of days my order still showed pending on their website. Then I noticed the charge had gone through on my card so I checked again and it indicated the order was complete. I started watching for the phone to show up (we have a locked mailbox) but the order never arrived. It is now almost 2 weeks past the date I was told the order had shipped and my card has been charged but I have no phone. I have both called and emailed cell2get.com today and have not had a response yet. Update: I did receive an email reply today saying that the phone had shipped and to call for a shipping #. I have called twice but have not had a call back yet so I sent another email asking for the tracking # to be sent via email. I have my fingers crossed...

i have had the exact same experience as all of the other negative reviewers, in that they lied about a phone being in stock, they lied about it having shipped, they lied about its shipping method, they liked about refunding my shipping.

i initiated a chargeback through my bank, and now the losers have sold my name, address, and credit card number to accessyourproduct.com. i assume that they are just closely affiliated.

"I ordered an unlocked Nokia 6680 with a spare battery because I'm in South Korea and as we will be traveling between countries that use GSM and South Korea (WCDMA) we need a phone capable of both. What did I get? A Nokia 6682 without some of the accessories, without the extra battery, without the manual, without a sales receipt, and in a box that had seen better days in a war zone. The 6682 is useless to me because it doesn't have the 2100Mhz WCDMA band I need in conjunction with the others. AFter reading this, I'm keeping the phone (Hey, it's a spare unlocked phone, and I'm not taking the chance of sending it back and not getting my money back. If any authorities want it as evidence, it's available.) and I"m turning them in. I printed off copies of everything and photographed the phone and all its packaging. No one needs this kind of bait and switch. Also, these guys are getting hammered all over the net, they're obviously not a real dealer. "

"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR!!! We ordered a "new" Motorola i580 that was supposed to be expedited shipping. The first problem occurred when they sent it regular ground mail. Essentially I wasted 7 bucks on a shipping method they didn't use. The second problem was that the phone was just thrown in a generic box with its charger and no manual. It was also obvious that this WAS NOT a new item like their website described. Next, the phone had a security lock on it that made it so we couldn't even access it (again, proof that the phone wasn't new). Finally, I sent the phone back and was told I'd be charged a 15% restocking fee which is absurd considering they falsely represented the phone AND stole my money by not sending it expedited. When the refund finally showed up in my checking account they actually charged a restocking fee of approximately 25% instead of 15%. I'm in the process now of trying to get the rest of my refund. As it stands they owe me approximately $15 as a result of the shipping error AND restocking fee error. I seriously doubt I'll ever see the rest of my money. If you like your money I urge you not to by from Cell2Get. It's worth paying a little extra just to get what you want and deserve for your money. We rebought the same phone from ebay for a bit more but the service, product, and shipping was MUCH better. "

The prices they gave me for these "essential" accessories was much higher than on e-bay I declined (several times). Of course the pleasant tone in his voice quickly disappeared...
Later that day I get an e-mail saying that "my phone is on back order and they will let me know when it is available".

I recently bought a nokia 6822 (yeah i know very old phone, but boyfriend wanted it)...from cell2get.com and was not satisfied with the product. I received it on January 6th, 2009 and first things first....it was shipped to the wrong address (my billing address instead of the address i wanted)...then i get overcharged because of sales tax (which was not stated on my receipt), i get the phone and it comes in this cheap box (broken by the way), and it had no instruction manual in it (just your ordinary wires and stuff)....not even a new phone it was a refurbished one when on their website it stated "new unlocked" phones....in conclusion i would not order from this website ever again and should have stuck with what i know....EBAY!!!!"
