"I am disputing the charge for these items with my credit card company. One of the phones was defective and this came to light after a SIM card was installed for overseas use. After a lengthy dispute with customer service and management, i decided that I would use the credit card company to settle the issue. I tried to get someone to address the issue but they kept trying to talk over me, THE CUSTOMER, and did not attempt to try to resolve the issue amicably. I would never purchase another product from this seller nor would i recommend them to anyone who asked for my opinion. Instead of saying lets fix this, their attitude toward me, THE CUSTOMER, is your problem, you're stuck with it. For the last 7 weeks Cellhut.com operators have repeatedly lied to me promising me shipment or a refund every time I talked to them. I've asked to speak to managers and they lied as well promising me refunds. After multiple calls to them being put on hold for more then an hour at a time, I was told the item was no longer available and I would get a refund. I've been told a refund has been processed three times. Still no refund. 1/26/2009 A refund was processed two days after posting to this site. Thank you for the refund but I will never buy from you again."

I received an RMA number to return the phone which I did promptly. They received my phone on 12/4/08 and have still not processed my return/refund.
