I ordered this phone from you on the 5th and today is the 21st and I still have received nothing. Your website clearly states that you ship within 5 - 7 business days after a 1 - 2 day processing time. I have seen many people on forum sites say you did the same to them, even after they paid for "expedited shipping".
At this current time I have ordered my phone from another source at Amazon.com that promises delivery of 5-7 business days also. I no longer want your phone. I have posted you company on websites as beware and am forwarding this letter to the Attorney Generals office that I have a contact with. You have been very unreliable in returning phone calls or emails as I have seen from other people on forum websites.
I have also seen people saying that you send phones that are Locked or are prepaid Phones and not what you promised.
I can only imagine what returning a phone to you would be like if it did not work properly.

Purchased an "UNLOCKED" - says so right on my invoice - Samsung Smiley T359. Paid for next day air. 3 days later i called to cancel the order because the time window in which I needed it had closed. left a voicemail. eventually i got the call back. "sorry, the order already shipped." 6 DAYS LATER a package arrived in a PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 days shipping) box. It was a LOCKED T-Mobile Pre-paid. DON'T do it!!! I intend to file suit in small claims court because this guy is a dirtbag. I live several hours away from this guy but am ready to drop coin to be a boil on this unethical, lying, thieving slime ball's keister. "
"I placed an order on February 6th, 2013, for a Motorola KRZR (blue). The website clearly states they ship their products in 3-5 days after a 24-48 hour processing time. So I waited. And I waited. And then a weekend came. And then the next week I waited. Nothing. I called, went to an answering machine. Left a voicemail and waited for a response, nothing. Left another on the next day. UHM DELAY?! Is that email even English? You think 13 days is a DELAY? You can't take the time to apologize correctly for an order YOU CLEARLY FORGOT ABOUT? They took my money on the 8th of February and shipped my phone on the 19th of February. Seems a bit ridiculous, RIGHT?! They don't answer phones or emails, or ship timely like they say they will, but they sure are speedy about taking your money!

Only reason I did this is to get a cell with a keyboard to text but no matter what, the phone failed to work. So, I made the mistake of purchasing an Att's Pantech Breeze Cell Phone from CellKreze.com. One of the main features I wanted in my new cell phone was voice dialing and the specification on the CellKraze.com showed that the phone did have the said feature. However when I received the phone I could not find voice dialing neither on the phone nor on the manual. After five days of trying, I called both Att and Pantech and both companies informed me that there is no voice dialing on Pantech Breeze. I therefore decided to return the phone back to CellKraze, so I emailed all that happened to CellKraze.com and I received 3 different email from someone with email address of ****@****, informing me that I will have to pay a 25 percent restocking fee ($110 original purchase price for cell phone and auto charger for the phone) and I am responsible for shipping fee both ways which translated to a total expense of $54 for receiving a wrong item based on false information from the merchant itself or CellKraze. When I protested I received several more emails from the same representative who I now thought was a very rude and nasty teenager, that I was not intelligent and insisted that the phone does have the voice-dialing feature in capital letters meaning (in terms of email) the rep was very mad and he/she was yelling at me now. This was a new experience to me to deal with such a horrible attitude from any company rep in a long time. After I sent an email thanking Cellkraze for sending me the phone but not thanking for customer service, the rep sent me an email that he/she apologized for “the inconvenience” and instructed me to ship back the item to an address he provided, I promptly prepared the package to send to not the address the rep gave me because by then I did not trust him but to address that originally sent the phone. When I checked my emails again I saw that the rep had sent me a new email that I have to wait for a Return Authorization Number, to which I responded that he was running a funny business and I actually had send back the package. This time the rep sent me another email that I will be charged an additional $7 for doing that to which I replied calling him piece of sh$% for driving me mad. Altogether the rep sent me 12 emails mostly nasty and condescending and I replied with 9.
The last thing I noticed is that when I tried to log in for last time to CellKraze site for my account information, Firefox browser gave me a warning that the site is not secure and not to be trusted.
Update: This business rarely had any reviews in period of last year, however right after my review it suddenly has "three excellent ratings and reviews" in a matter of few minutes apart from each other, ha ha ha, this is a company of jokers."
"I made a purchase of the LG Shine KE970 for the advertised price of $124.00 as listed on the company website. The purchase went through successfully and I was given a confirmation number from Cellkraze and from paypal. A few minutes later I got an email back from them stating the purchase had been refunded which I thought was rather odd :
WE REFUNDED YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO YOU THERE WAS A PRICING ERROR OUR TECH GUY MESSED UP WE FIXED THE PRICING ERROR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AGAIN CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR VERIFICATION OF THE REFUND.
I went back to check on the phone only to find the price was now changed to $164.00. Cellkraze's response was :
".....because the tech guys are going through and changing prices as we speak. We would love to give it to you at the price but we are not the owner we are only tech guys we were changing as you were buying i am suprised it didnt show up as 164 again we are sorry for the inconvenience for your troubles if you purchase the unit again we will throw in a free bluetooth".
My question is I had been watching this phone for about 2-3 days before deciding to purchase. Why was the change in price made as soon as I had made the purchase? This is a very poor business practice. The explanation given to me was inadequate. In the end I lost out on a good deal. I ended up taking my business to another company and got the same phone for a bit more, but importantly they got my business.
