"I bought and buy regularily from those guyz, and up to now had only a very good experience.
shipping (via normal mail) is a bit slow (10 -14 dyas after order), but with these great prices, who does really care? You can always pay more for faster delivery.

So far I had 2 returns (in about 15 purchases) both where shipping damages and got treated: A) fast and b) very culant.
No stress whatsoever, goods got replaced and worked fine.

Also the contact with their service department was friendly and efficient.

Would I recomend them? yes and I regularily do, why pay tripple the price to pick up goods in an overpriced electronics reseller with grumpy personnel when you can get it online cheaper with better service? (And I am comparing a major box mover (Future Shop Canada) not a MOM and Pop shop would I always support first).....

"I have ordered from the Cell Phone Shop several times and have always received what I ordered and have been pleased with the product. Never had any problems. Continue to use them."

"They will either deliver or not. Since it is being shipped standard mail I suspect it is not their problem BUT. From the 22 of September to the 7th of October is a little too long regardless. Since there is no tracking number there is little the customer can do to find out where and if the product will arrive. Hence the lower STAR scoring and I probably not order again from them,

Update: 10.9.2012 The post office just delivered the items. They were hung up in US customs since they were shipped from their off-shore facility. If I knew this information I would have reset my expectations of delivery. "
