Had to return the item shipped at my cost. Then just to request a refund i had to jump thru hoops. I had to call company they said i would be contacted by email with instructions for refund. They never emailed me. I had to contact them another time to get an email with instructions. It's not as easy as return the item with packing slip and be done. It's now been over one month since I ordered and still have not received my refund.
Never in my life did it take a total of over one month to receive and return an item when shopping on Internet. I Can't tell you how dissatisfied I am with this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND this site to anyone!!
