"In years past, I've always been very satisfied with the products and service from cellphoneshop, but this year alone, the service and products have declined. I purchased a cell phone battery after reading reviews on their site about the product (not OEM) and when I got it, my phone would not accept it. It shut down after giving me a message saying I needed to use a "genuine LG battery. If that is the case with my particular phone, cellphoneshop should NOT be offering the knock off for my phone model at all. I tried to write a review about that and it never showed up on their website. Hmmm. (It probably does work with other models, I don't know.) I purchased 2 bluetooth headsets for our phones and both worked for 3 months for one, and 4 1/2 months for the other, well past their 90 day warranty. ---Also, shipping has gotten slower and slower. I am currently waiting for an item that I purchased 16 days ago. Their excuse is always that the post office security scanning has gotten tighter. ----That may well be, but evidently it's because this item is shipped from Hong Kong and they don't indicate that on their website. I only found that out by reading reviews. They lead you to believe they are in Nevada, therefore, you tend to think the merchandise is shipped from there, as well. When this item arrives, it will most definitely be my final purchase from them. The lower price is not worth the hassle I've had to go through with the shipping issues alone."
