I recently got a new phone and thought id better get some kind of protective casing so it would be less likely to get damaged. I had been very careful with my phone and even left it at home at times until i got my package in the mail from cellphone shop. I was excited that it came in less than 7 days and that my phone would finally be protected. Both casings i got did not fit my phone properly, and I had ordered the right ones. So now i am waiting on a reply from customer support on the next step i need to take to get a refund, which sucks cause now im going to have to go shop around for a case elsewhere, which also means that I have to go a longer period of time with my phone not being protected."
