"The turnaround time for my Samsung code order was supposed to be instant to 24 hours. They also stated that they strive to responds to all emails within 1 hour. Unfortunately, these promised are not what I have experienced. My order was placed on Feb 4 and got the code on Feb 7.

What made me impatient with their order delivery were:
1) business hours are not listed. In some forums (@ crackberry for an example), they posted that they work 7 days a week.
2) checking my order status over the weekend, it was in "Processing" and "This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable.". As Steve responded below, my order was only submitted to the manufacturer on Monday.
3) couldn't reach the customer service

"CellUnlock.net has been proving an amazing service with a decent turn around time on providing me with unlock codes each time I seek one. They do provide a good service but a couple things I think they should improve on. one being they need to have an active phone line, I could never reach them on the provided phone number, it always goes to VM. Please improve on it. The other thing is when you seek some help or an answer on something, their comes a little late, I would expect a better specification somewhere on the website stating how long will it take to provide me with an answer.
Besides these, they have always answered my queries, and as mentioned earlier, their results of the provided unlock key is unmatched, I have never had a single unlock key that would not work.
