"I purchased two codes. One for a tmobile blackberry curve 7980 and one for a tmobile htc g2. After a couple of days I got the codes. I took my straight talk sim card and put it in the g2. The directions said upon starting up, it would ask for the code. Well it started up without asking for the code. So I'm lost there. I tried putting the sim card in the blackberry, which did ask for the code but won't recognize the service. So I'm lost at that point. "Just wanted to say I had a surprisingly good experience. I rarely trust sites like these, but xda-developers said this was pretty much the only non T-Mobile option (T-Mobile needs an account before they help you). I'm in Canada, so I needed to unlock my Samsung SGH-T989 (Galaxy S2 woot!). I picked the wrong service at first, and the error was explained to me and my money immediately refunded. Second time, picked the Samsung USA option and within 24hrs, boom! Popped in my Wind SIM, entered the code and it worked!
Obviously I'm very happy with the results. I would say the prices on some unlock packages seem a bit steep, but there are coupon codes that cut the price in half so I didn't pay any more then I would've elsewhere."
"So far (72 hours into the order), the service has been very slow ; the phone numbers provided get you to a voice mail and many phone calls did not get returned. The Live Chat line has had nobody live on it for the last 72 hours; many messages left there state that somebody will get back to me (... still waiting). One email received 48 hours ago stated that I gave them an erroneous IMEI (which was true and I corrected the IMEI number immediately ... no sign of life since then). "Here is my UPDATE: I find it interesting that all the people who complain the company writes back and says, "We sent you an email...it must be in your spam" I checked my spam every day- its funny that their response to my complaint made it to my inbox just fine. It took a bad review for them to act fast. Long story short, they ended up not being able to unlock my phone. I asked them why...no answer. Then I sent the email they requested for a refund.....one month later....still waiting for the refund. Maybe this email will get their attention again. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I also don't like to be disrespected as a customer either. :( WOW, it is February 2012 and I started this process the beginning of December 2011.

I have sent them three emails, called them twice...no answers. My next step is to call my credit card company and cancel my order. All I want is someone from the company to answer my question.
