"At first I was skeptical about CellXpo when I did not receive my order. Wrote an email to customer service and found out that the Jabra BT 8040 Bluetooth headset that I had order was not in stock. CellXpo offered another Jabra headset instead but elected to change the order to getting the Bluetooth_Car_Kit-TZ700 speaker system with no additional charge. I confident that the product will arrive in a timely manner. I would buy from them again in the future.

"I ordered a samsung bluetooth and when I received it, it was used, damaged and not packaged well at all. I returned and was charged two way shipping TWICE! Please do not order from CellXpo they will get you on the shipping charges and will send you a product that does not work for you to return and for them to charge you shipping cost TWICE - that's how they are ripping people off and making more money on their products. You try calling them of course no answer or rely or no return call.! ADVICE - DO NOT USE CELLXPO!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!"
"I ordered sp700 {not in stock}but they sent me jabra cruiser { which is used}.I returned back to them but they charged me two way shipping for 13 $.when i emailed for that,they never replied.
It is their mistake & they want to make me money from customer in some way& also neglect to customer's issue.
i suggest never buy form them.

"I would definitely not shop there again. It took 24 days to receive my order (and I live in the US) and even though I emailed them several times to check on the status, the replies were cold and they seemed to wash their hands of it. "Your package is in transit" they kept saying.
Finally, after more than 2 weeks, they decided to look into it and found that the package had gotten stuck somewhere. I did receive the package, and I was lucky that the items were still in it as the box was not sealed in any way whatsoever; anyone could have opened it and removed my purchases.
They never once offered to somehow make it up to me, and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience"...
They just didn't seem to care about anything beyond completing the sale."
