"DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!! I had the same experience as the other two reviewers. I placed my order and my credit card was charged. For 2+ weeks, I was dealling with Cell Arena to send me a valid tracking number. The first tracking number was requested but the package was never received by UPS. I was told by a rep at Cellarena that they would resend the package. Never received the item and was given the runaround. I finally had to send an irate email to the company to let them I going to file a complaint with my credit card company and I wanted a refund. When I called I was either forwarded to voicemail or they would hang up on me.

I ended up getting my phone on ebay and received my phone within a week. No problems whatsoever.

"Placed an order 11 days ago. 8 days ago received notification that the item had shipped, but no tracking number was provided as was promised by merchant upon the purchase of the phone. Since then, have sent multiple e-mails and placed multiple phone calls during their said business hours (and left multiple voicemails)--all with no response. Will be filing this as a fraudulent charge. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!!!!!"

"I ordered once (April, 2011) and received my order within a reasonable time frame. I placed another order (late May, 2011) and it seems that they have gone defunct. They do not answer their emails, you get a "this number has been temporarily disabled" message when you call their telephone number, and they charged my credit card for a product I have yet to receive. I am going to wait 2-3 more days before I file a dispute with my credit card company. So ... BEWARE!"
