"This website sent me a FAKE pair of Sennheiser PX200s. They weren't that much cheaper than other sites so I wasn't suspicious. Avoid these people like the plague."
"Bought 2 pairs Seinheiser CX500 AND CX300 took a good 4 weeks to arrive. The CX500 have stopped working no sound from them. Alas like many others sent e-mails to them and receive nothing back. In fact last one I sent Came back 4 days later saying

The price is close to that of other sellers, so I wasn't too suspicious, but the product is of the same quality as the headphones that airlines sell on their flights for $2. Cell-outlets was truely the WORSE web organisation i have ever dealt with. they NEVER communicate through the order process (did they receive the order, when is it shipping out,,,etc.) you buy it, they collect their money then you wait. if you have a question or problem they never respond (i have written them 20 times and nothing) the item they sent i BELIEVE is a cheap reproduction and not real at all. as it broke the third time i used it. although they have a 2 year warrenty advertised on the site, they never answer their emails and therefore is completly mute. "Yup, I got suckered to. Bought the Sennheiser PX100 headphones and got knock-offs instead. Interestingly, I didn't think they sounded all that bad until I had a chance to compare them to some real Senn's. Then the truth came out. I sent an email and as you can imagine got no response. Chinese rip-off artists at work again doing their best to undermine the system and everyone's trust along with it. I should have done some research on the web site before I ordered. I wuuld have come across this web site and saved my money. At least it was only $30. You live and you learn."

I bought a pair of sennheiser PX100 from Cell Outlets and they arrived quite late today (26th) and are clearly fake. They are of a lower build quality and sound very obviously worse.
I have complained but not yet had any reply, I'll update everyone here if they do get back to me with a solution.
They were very cheap $22, I should have been more wary of course. Beware of Cell Outlets"
"There is an old saying that says "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is" and this is indeed the case when ordering headphones from this website. despite my instincts telling me these are too cheep, greed got the better of me and i exchanged good money for a pair of counterfit sennheiser cx400's. As you have to use Paypal to pay there is virtually no chance of getting any money back. £22 for a lesson in how not to let greed get the better of you. could have been worse I suppose. and if this stops one person from getting conned I will feel a bit better!! "Bought Motorola S9 Headset and found it to be a badly made counterfeit product as identified on the Motorola website. Sent it back and got no response (5 emails later) or refund. Thought I could get a refund from Paypal (the only means of payment offered) and because it was not bought through eBay they were not interested either. Certainly a good way of laundering counterfeit product. I am now a total of £28.11 out of pocket.
