"I never received the product. Part of the problem lies with Pay Pal using an old email address on the order after i put the correct address on the original order, so in that respect it isn't the companies fault. I contacted the manager at the old address and the item was returned to the company but to date the company has not received the item. I felt customer service was very poor and they took an apathetic view on the matter. Basically it told me that they didn't care as long as they had my money. So the low rating has to do with their customer service, not any other aspect to the company. It seems they shipped the item quickly, although to the address Pay Pal provided, not the one I put on the original order form. This did prompt me to look more closely into pay pal and how they do business so I have a better understanding of how the system works. Bottom line is I am out money for a product I ordered but did not recieve. "
