"Received all items as described, but the shipping did not go well. Delivery Confirmation email reported the package as delivered, but it did not arrive. I contacted the post office, who could not give me any more information. I used the chat function on your website and learned from customer service that somehow the apartment number part of the billing address got transposed into the shipping address (which has no apartment numbers), and the Post Office delivered the package to the wrong person. Fortunately they taped it up and sent it back. The Post Office called me to say they had it and I was able to pick it up from them--three days after supposedly delivered.
So the products were good, the prices were excellent, and the customer service chat gave me the information I needed. Don't know where the fault for the addressing lies; so I am rating the experience 4 stars."

They used some off-brand company that moved my package around the countryside and left it sitting for long periods of time. It should have been here within a few days but it took more than a week. If you need it quickly, look for someone else."
