They took my money and told me there would be a 4 to 28-day timeframe for my product to be restocked because it was supposedly sold out--this was after the item was shown all over their website as in stock--and I tried to contact them to ask for a refund or website credit, and they have not responded to my repeated attempts for this request. The shipping tracking function showed that the package went back and forth out West for awhile before actually getting on the road to the Midwest.
